 An upscale pub in Pittsburgh, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations.
 
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of Exec Sous or CDC experience in full-service restaurants
• Strong background in scratch cooking, recipe execution, and kitchen systems
• Experience managing food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering
• Comfortable leading a BOH team in a busy, casual dining environment
• Ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff

• Lead all BOH operations including food prep, execution, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
• Manage BOH scheduling, labor controls, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Create and update prep lists, manage kitchen productivity, and monitor food quality and ticket times
• Recruit, train, and manage BOH team members with a focus on development and retention
• Collaborate with FOH team and ownership to maintain a cohesive, guest-first operation
