We are seeking a talented Executive Chef with 5 years of experience in high-end hotels with Corporate Banquet Experience. This role requires a hands-on chef with strong business acumen who can structure operations to meet budgets, adapt to forecasts, and consistently exceed guest expectations.
 
Qualifications

• A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
• Candidate must have proven exemplary culinary skills with extensive food and wine knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to optimize cost control and maximize departmental profits.
• Direct culinary activities at 2 restaurants, IRD, Bar, Banquet, Pastry, and Stewarding
• Oversee quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer experience, including tastings for events.
