High-end San Diego restaurant seeks dynamic AGM to lead FOH team, elevate service, and manage financial performance.
 
Responsibilities:

• Direct daily service, coaching and mentoring the FOH staff
• Recruit, train, and schedule 30–40 FOH employees
• Control costs: POS closes, inventory, invoicing, and weekly reconciliation
• Collaborate to enhance the beverage program

• 5+ years’ management experience in fine-dining restaurants
• Strong floor presence with polished-service pedigree
• Proven leadership of 30–40-person FOH teams and staff development
• P&L, scheduling, inventory, and POS expertise
