Chef de Cuisine needed for a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Restaurant in Brooklyn! The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build and maintain teams, relationships, SOPs and eager to grow with this group

• Ability to run and excel in a kitchen, reporting to the Culinary Director
• 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience as Exec Sous, CDC or Exec Chef
• Thrives on managing a team, being a mentor
• Strong and consistent leadership skills
• Available to work dinner shifts and weekends - closed major holidays
