We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a Private Club at The Resort. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in high-end Hotels, Restaurants, or Country Clubs. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong skills in scheduling, ordering, mentoring the team, and engaging with Members to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
• 5-Star experience is highly desired... 
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in high-end hotels or restaurants.
• Country Club Atmosphere with Modern Coastal Cuisine
• Banquet and restaurant experience, along with a private country club, is highly preferred
• Must have good tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen and collaborate with the entire team
• Manage 160-seat indoor Club Lounge and 200 outdoor seats while managing Private Banquet events and all club functions
• Managed a team of 10 and oversaw quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer experience, including tastings for events and interacting with guests.
