A full-service L.A. hotel seeks a charismatic F&B Director to elevate service standards across its high-volume, multi-outlet operation.
 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a GM or Director in service-driven restaurant or luxury hotel settings with $10M+ F&B revenue; Multi-unit experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership in training, team development, and coaching on the floor
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication
• Personable, visible, and highly engaging leadership style

• Lead all F&B operations across 4 outlets, in-room dining, and 50K+ sq ft of banquet space; Partnering with hotel leadership and ownership to drive guest satisfaction
• Inspire a FOH management team and a large hourly staff to deliver best-in-class guest experiences
• Strengthen training programs and service standards across outlets
• Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement
