Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with upscale hotel operations. 
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience managing food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.

• Lead and manage the culinary team across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and flavor.
• Oversee food preparation and production to ensure alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Control food and labor costs through effective forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and staffing.
