Requirements:

• 4+ years of CDC / Executive Chef experience at elevated, LA restaurants
• High-volume experience while ensuring quality, precision, great plating
• Proven track record of successfully managing a large BOH team
• Creative freedom / Seafood or Mediterranean experience preferred
