Minimum of 3 years of retail buying, category management, or hard goods experience—preferably in the grocery or food retail sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance reports to drive strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills—with proven success in building vendor relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree is REQUIRED

Develop & Execute Pricing and Promotional Strategies – Implement competitive pricing and promotions to drive sales and gross profit while aligning with company goals and market trends.
Foster Vendor and Cross-Department Relationships – Build strong partnerships with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, store ops, planning) to execute strategic initiatives.
