Assistant Food and Beverage Director
Location – Southern, VT
Salary - $60K plus up to 7% bonus potential
Benefits – M/D/V 401k
 
The Assistant F&B Director will be responsible for oversight in one of 2 restaurants on site at this well know Southern Vermont luxury property.  Overseeing 25 team members, this candidate is expected to have high expectations and service standards.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of all food and beverage
• Ensure consistent high quality of service.
• Multi-task oversight of the day to day operations of the venue while leading the team and interacting with guests.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Relais & Châteaux experience preferred.
