Midwest Casino seeking a Chef de Cuisine for their Steakhouse!
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a CDC, Sous Chef, or Kitchen manager in an upscale restaurant or steakhouse
• Advanced culinary knowledge, including food production, menu development, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership skills, including problem-solving, team development, and conflict resolution with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality, quantity, and timely preparation of food, maintaining high standards for guest dining experiences, safety, and sanitation.
• Manage and develop kitchen staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and addressing performance to ensure effective teamwork and compliance with policies.
• Monitor expenses and staffing levels in line with budget guidelines and business needs while supporting compliance with internal regulatory requirements.
