Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Event Management:
  • Minimum 5 years in catering sales, weddings, or special events, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in luxury hospitality or high-end event planning.
• Exceptional Communication & Relationship Skills:
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
  • Skilled in negotiation, client service, and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Creative and Strategic Mindset:
  • Ability to design personalized luxury experiences while also meeting revenue goals.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and drive profitability.

• Drive Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to exceed catering and special event revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft competitive packages.
• Deliver Unforgettable Guest Experiences:
  • Oversee event planning from initial consultation through flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with F&B and Culinary teams to design unique, high-end experiences.
• Lead and Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  • Manage and inspire the weddings and events team.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless events.
