A premier catering company is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join their team.
 
Non-Negotiables:

• 3+ years of senior kitchen leadership experience (Sous or Exec Sous Chef level)
• Strong background in catering or high-volume event production
• Hands-on “knife-in-hand” leadership style
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Focus on team development and high standards

• Support Executive Chef in managing day-to-day culinary operations
• Lead BOH team in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
• Help develop seasonal, bespoke menus in collaboration with ownership and creative teams
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• Represent the culinary team on-site at events
