Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

A premier catering company  is looking for a Director of Sales to lead and grow their dynamic sales team. 
 
Non-Negotiables:

• 5+ years in catering, hospitality, or event sales
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Must be highly collaborative and client-focused
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Must be available for evenings/weekends as needed

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives across multiple event segments
• Oversee and support a team of 8 sales professionals
• Serve as point of contact for major proposals and key clients
• Collaborate with culinary and creative teams on custom proposals
• Represent the company at networking events and client meetings
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
