Job Summary
A luxury vineyard resort in California wine country is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to help lead the opening of a new Michelin-ambitious restaurant and oversee F&B operations across two hotels as well (total 200+ rooms). This role supports daily operations, team development, and guest satisfaction while collaborating with an award-winning Chef (James Beard Foundation recognition, Westword’s Best Chef).
Luxury hotel experience (Relais & Châteaux or Forbes Five-Star level) is required.
