Midwest casino resort is seeking a highly knowledgeable Beverage Manager to lead its beverage operations!
 
Qualifications:

• Extensive beverage service knowledge, including menu development,  inventory management and ordering.
• Proven ability to develop and implement beverage service standards, efficient operational processes, and cost-related parameters.
• Demonstrated experience in managing beverage department staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.

• Oversee all Beverage Department operational quality, ensuring   exceptional guest service, efficient functionality, and adherence to Nebraska Department of Health, Internal Controls, and gaming regulations.
• Manage all aspects of the Beverage Department, including staff performance and development, budget adherence, expense control, and maintenance of required licenses.
• Ensure a safe, cooperative, and compliant environment for guests and employees, supporting all internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and legal policies.
