Director of Store Planning

Seeking a strategic leader to drive store planning, space optimization, and merchandising alignment for a major Hawaiian grocer.

Location – Honolulu, Oahu, HI (with some travel to Kaua'i & Big Island)

Salary - $120-140k
Benefits - MDV, 401k, paid vacation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in schematics and store planning within the grocery retail industry.
Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelors degree is REQUIRED
Must have a connection to Hawaii / solid reason to move there.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain store layouts, schematics, and space plans to align with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement profitable merchandising strategies based on data and trends.
Oversee seasonal and incremental display planning, ensuring effective execution across all store locations.
