We are seeking a Banquet Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end hotels, specializing in corporate banquets. This role requires a hands-on chef who can lead the team in managing schedules, ordering products, and creating production lists, all while maintaining budgets and meeting forecasts, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications

• A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in high-end hotels
• The candidate must have demonstrated culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to optimize cost control and maximize departmental profits.
• Manage a staff of 10 through Banquet, Garde Manager, Pastry, and Stewarding.
• Oversee quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer experience, including tastings for events.
• Attend every BEO Meeting and ensure timing and presentation are on point.
