Coastal New England seafood spot seeks Sous Chef to helm the kitchen, craft fresh local dishes and mentor team in a waterfront restaurant.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years Sous Chef experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Proven skill with inventory, ordering, and labor scheduling
• Seafood prep and plating proficiency strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily kitchen operations, ensuring prep quality and timely service of seafood-focused menu
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and team schedules to hit cost and efficiency targets
• Train and develop BOH staff; uphold safety, sanitation, and event service standards
