Waterfront steakhouse seeks Sous Chef to co-lead kitchen, craft specials, and deliver an elegant dining experience on Newport Harbor.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
• Flexible schedule – days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily kitchen operations, including private-dining events
• Oversee prep, quality checks, and creation of mise en place & daily specials
• Train, develop, and schedule BOH team; manage inventory and purchasing
