Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and support private dining execution
• Ensure consistent prep, production, and quality across all BOH functions
• Mentor and develop BOH staff and kitchen supervisors
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and daily specials
