• 3+ years’ restaurant‑management experience in upscale, high‑volume settings (luxury‑hotel or Michelin/Relais & Châteaux preferred)
• Proven team builder—hire, train, schedule FOH teams
• Strong POS, inventory, and P&L control; lift 50 lbs; open availability
