Requirements:

• 2+ years of similar sales experience in a senior leadership position
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership, preferably in the hospitality sector, with proven revenue results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and the unique demands of this segment.

Expectations:

• Design and implement a results-driven sales strategy that supports hotel objectives and enhances market positioning.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service standards across all sales touchpoints.
• Identify and pursue key market segments, including corporate clients, group bookings, travel agencies, and local partnerships.
