Salary -$110k to $120k

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years as an Executive Chef from high-end hotels.
• Must have strong banquet experience with corporate and social events
• Strong Business Acumen and a Hands-On Chef!

• Direct culinary activities at 2 restaurants, IRD, Bar, Banquet, Pastry, and Stewarding
• Oversee quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer experience, including tastings for events.
• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to optimize cost control and maximize departmental profits.
• Strong Business Acumen, Hands-on Chef
