Busy fine dining Italian restaurant on the Las Vegas strip seeks an energetic AGM.
Location - Las Vegas, NV

Key Qualifications:
1.Fine Dining Management Experience – Minimum of 3 years in fine dining management, with a preference for candidates from standalone restaurant backgrounds rather than hotel F&B operations.
2.Operational & Financial Expertise – Strong understanding of FOH operations, scheduling, cash handling, payroll, and repair & maintenance oversight. Experience with systems like TOAST and Harri is a plus.
3.Leadership & Guest Relations – Ability to train and develop staff, ensure high hospitality standards, manage guest recovery, and build strong relationships with hotel partners (casino hosts, concierge, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1.Service & Operations Management – Oversee opening/closing duties, hospitality implementation, kitchen communication, staff accountability, and uniform control. Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
2.Administrative & Financial Oversight – Manage FOH scheduling, cash handling, payroll (bi-weekly), CGS submissions, health department compliance, and restaurant R&M. Maintain accurate menu matrices and training materials.
3.Staff Development & Engagement – Assist in hiring, onboarding, staff education, progressive discipline, and performance evaluations. Support training programs and maintain accountability across FOH and hostess teams.
