Director of Natural

Seeking an organized Director of Natural to oversee all aspects of the natural foods and products for a well-established Hawaiian grocery group.

Location – Honolulu, Oahu, HI (with some travel to Kaua'i & Big Island)

Salary - $130-140k
Benefits - MDV, 401k, paid vacation

Qualifications

3 years minimum relevant managerial experience in the grocery industry with a focus on natural foods/products.
Ability to coach and develop a team in a retail setting.
Bachelors degree is REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Develop and execute sound merchandising plans that respond to changing customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure proper assortment, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.
