Responsibilities:
1.Menu Innovation & Execution – Develop and refine seasonal menus that highlight fresh, sustainable seafood and showcase culinary creativity while maintaining brand identity.
2.Kitchen Operations Management – Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards.
3.Vendor & Supplier Relations – Maintain strong relationships with seafood purveyors and local suppliers to secure the best ingredients while upholding sustainability standards.
