Qualifications

• minimum 5 years managing a kitchen with some multi-unit experience, preferably in a gaming environment
• Union management experience
• Effective communicator
• Opening experience and kitchen design a plus!

• oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff management, and ensuring food quality and consistency
• run the signature restaurant
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
