A well known franchise bakery and cafe is looking for a great District Manager! 
 
Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar experience in high-volume multi unit operations in quick service restaurants or retail operations. 
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with solid knowledge of business math, P&L, sales, and marketing.
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and internet-based tools.
• Willing to travel! 

• Monitor and uphold operational and guest service standards across all district locations; ensure consistent execution by café teams.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs; recommend capital projects and collaborate with regional facilities managers to complete approved upgrades. 
• Support the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing plans in line with district goals; analyze financial performance and assist in action planning.
