Location – Kilauea, Kaua'i, HI
Pay - $24-29/hr (works out to about $50-60k/year), cafe is closed Tue/Wed

Qualifications

• Must be okay with covering tattoos and clean shaven (mustaches are okay)
• Minimum 3 years experience managing in a scratch kitchen.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• Conduct hands-on teaching and training in kitchen, working closely with cooks, as well as other staff as applicable and assist with food preparation, operation, and execution.
• Responsible for delivering consistently outstanding dishes while implementing safe food handling practices, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and managing food sales, food and supplies cost, and labor.
• Develop production methodologies to increase efficiency, productivity, quality and/or consistency in kitchen. Ensure all equipment and tools are used appropriately.
