• Banquet experience a must, preferred in luxury or boutique hotels.
• Hands on leader and operator.

• Assist the Executive Chef in developing banquet menus, recipe cards, and specifications following company SOPs.
• Conduct monthly banquet kitchen meetings to enhance team communication and efficiency.
• Ensure all banquet recipes are executed accurately and consistently.
