Qualifications:
•Oversee all aspects of casino accounting, including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Soft Count, and Purchasing/Receiving.
•Prepare and analyze financial statements, including general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
•Manage the month-end close process and prepare for annual audits.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulations.
•Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
•Provide financial reports and analysis to department leaders and the CFO.
•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure confidentiality.
 
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
•Strong understanding of GAAP and GASB principles.
•Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 100, FAS 100 preferred), UKG (future Payroll), Paychex (current Payroll system), and Excel.
•Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
•Must pass background/drug tests, obtain a Tribal Gaming License, and have a valid driver's license.
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
