Premier catering company seeking an experienced Executive Chef with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for diverse cuisines.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume catering experience (1,000 to 3,000+ guests)
• Extensive menu development expertise
• Broad culinary background including a range of cuisines/styles
• International training or travel is highly valued
• Entrepreneurial drive and adaptable mindset

• Oversee all culinary operations, including menu development and event execution
• Adapt menus and offerings to meet diverse client needs and logistical limitations
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives to ensure business growth
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality
