Midwest Casino seeking an F&B Manager to oversee their steakhouse!
 
Qualifications: 

• 2+ years experience leading and motivating teams, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts.
• Experience in upscale dining, steakhouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, and inventory management.

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet(s), including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring their performance meets company standards and guest expectations.
• Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service and quality, ensuring a positive guest experience through effective management of staff and operations.
