We are seeking a well-rounded, hands-on Banquet Chef with great communication skills who wants to become an executive chef in two years. will consider a talented Banquet Sous Chef from a larger property.
Qualifications

• Creativity and presentation that appeals to the market with a guest-forward approach
• Classically trained Chef and knows how to make the mother sauces
• Minimum of 3 years in banquet production in a high-end Hotel
• Minimum of 4 million a year in banquet production 
• Good Tenure, no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 Years 
• Innovative and creative menu engineering that is modern and cutting edge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

• Manage schedules, labor, and inventory to optimize costs and maximize departmental profits.
• Includes Garde Manager, Pastry, and Stewarding with 20k premier meeting space
• The banquet chef will interact with every group contact and conduct guest tastings as required
• Collaborate with leadership to design menus that reflect creativity, trends, and profitability, tailored to the target audience.
