A dynamic and community-driven food hall in NYC, is looking for a General Manager to lead operations.
 
 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of General Management experience in restaurant, food hall, or hospitality operations.
• Proven track record in overseeing complex operations, tenant relations, and team development.
• Prior experience with POS systems (Toast), scheduling tools (7shifts), and operational platforms (Google Docs, Basecamp).
• NYC Food Protection Certificate and NYS ATAP Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a guest-forward approach.
• Good tenure.

• Oversee daily operations, vendor management, and event planning, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food hall partners, vendors, and staff.
• Develop financial strategies, including budgeting, cost control, and operational analytics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and staff training.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through creative programming, community engagement, and operational efficiency.
