Minimum 5 years previous F&B leadership experience in hotels or resorts within the luxury and/or ultra-luxury segment.
Experience with bar/beverage operations and pool & beach service.
Multi-outlets or specialized venues experience.

Manage team of food and beverage professionals ensuring brand standards and required sequence of service components are executed with precision
Preparation of budgets, forecasts, analysis of P&L’s, sales projections, and revenue control.
