Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month + service charge

A luxury resort in the Dominican Republic is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee a high-touch program. 
The ideal candidate brings a luxury hospitality background, is fluent in English and Spanish, and thrives in an intimate, guest-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee F&B operations across multiple touchpoints 
• Lead, train, and inspire a small service team
• Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and guest services for cohesive execution
• Maintain high standards in service, setup, communication, and presentation
• Prepare for each group’s arrival with detailed planning 

• Experience in luxury or ultra-bespoke hospitality settings
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficient with basic tech tools (scheduling, reporting, communication)
• Passion for elevated service and personalized guest experience
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and confident in small-team leadership

• Low guest volume, high service quality
