Responsibilities:
Assists in daily beverage operations across casino venues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Aids in training and supervising beverage staff to maintain service standards.
Manages inventory levels to meet business demands.
Schedules beverage department employees effectively.
Monitors staff pouring techniques and drink service efficiency.
Handles beverage ordering and payroll edits.
Conducts monthly inventory counts and maintains health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
1 year of Supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant is preferred.
Knowledge of mixology, wines, and beverage administration is required.
Casino beverage experience is highly desirable.
Must be able to maintain appropriate inventory.
Ability to monitor staff performance.
Must be able to maintain a safe work environment.
