A premier nightlife venue seeks a Floor Manager to assist in leading high-volume food and beverage operations.
 
Qualifications: 

• 4-5+ years in high-volume hospitality, including reservations management and service execution in fast-paced environments.
• Cocktail/mixology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to manage teams, coordinate service, and enhance guest experiences.

• Provide excellent service and address guest issues while training staff on service standards. 
• Manage reservations, inventory, and table turnover, ensuring updates are communicated about unavailable items, specials, and priorities in a busy environment. 
• Boost sales by promoting specials and training staff on menu knowledge, service techniques, and engaging with guests.
