Salary - $75-80k + bonus

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar luxury hotel or fine dining setting
• 3 years of BOH management experience
• STRONGLY preferred: experience working in Hawaii to understand the culture and cuisine

• Maintain complete knowledge of and ensure staff's compliance with all departmental/resort policies and procedures.
• Establish the day's priorities and assign production and prep tasks to staff to execute.
