Qualifications
fine dining restaurant experience & excellent tenure required (no job-hoppers every 1-2 years)
chef must be adept at Peruvian cuisine, have a great foundation of skills, an open mind, and a progressive mentality
minimum 5 years of culinary management experience
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, teach and guide cooks using the best habits, techniques and skills learned in prior experiences.
Negotiate new vendor contracts and monitor pricing to ensure we’re purchasing the highest quality products at competitive pricing in line with budgeted costs.
Uphold company standards for consistency, health code compliance, & positive working culture.
