Non-Negotiables:
 

• 3 years experience as an EC and total of 10 years of progressive Culinary Experience.
• Multi-Concept experience rather than Multi-unit
• Committed to growth and development of the team
• Knife in hand role
• Minimum $8M in annual revenue

• Strong business acumen-they will held accountable to COGS and Labor Metrics
