Job Summary A high-energy, fast-paced sushi restaurant in Flagstaff, AZ, is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join its growing team. This popular concept, known for its 40+ specialty rolls and high-volume operation is looking for a hands-on leader who can hire, train, and develop a strong team while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality sushi and hot kitchen dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring quality and minimizing waste.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards.
• Contribute to menu development and creative sushi offerings.

• Minimum 3 years of sushi chef experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of both sushi and hot kitchen operations.
• Ability to train, lead, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of knife skills, precision, and attention to detail.
