Responsibilities
Oversee Food Production and Quality: Supervise the daily food production process to ensure high-quality meals are prepared in alignment with company standards, including managing sanitation, food rotation, and recipe compliance.
Staff Management and Development: Guide and develop kitchen staff by providing training on production and presentation changes, while managing scheduling and performance reviews to ensure effective team operations.
Ensure Operational Efficiency: Monitor labor and food costs, assist with menu development, manage inventory, and conduct routine kitchen inspections to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and meets budgetary goals.
