Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cooking experience in a high-volume operation 
• Able to consistently execute recipes from scratch.
• One year prior inventory/cost control experience.

• Complete food ordering and approve requisitions
• Maintain accurate paperwork for scheduling, payroll and employee records
• Ensure employees adhere to established policies and procedures
