A popular fine dining restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager to help lead service operations and enhance the guest experience.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless FOH and BOH collaboration.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and a high-quality dining experience.
• Hire, train, and develop employees, fostering a strong team culture.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial controls to optimize efficiency.

• 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume, fine dining.
• Culinary background required; seafood experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
