Upscale al fresco restaurant serving seafood-driven, seasonal New England cuisine seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead BOH operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in fine dining/luxury hospitality setting. 
• Seasonal cuisine & seafood experience required.
• Forbes, Michelin, or Relais & Châteaux experience preferred.

• Oversee BOH operations, quality control, and private dining.
• Manage purchasing, storage, and inventory to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
• Train, mentor, and lead BOH staff, ensuring exceptional execution.
• Monitor prep, mise en place, and service execution to uphold Forbes-level standards.
