A fine dining seafood restaurant in Newport County is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to assist in leading back-of-house operations.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service, upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with seafood-driven, seasonal cuisine preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high culinary standards.
• Lead, train, and develop BOH staff to maintain an efficient and professional team.
• Manage prep, mise en place, and service execution for an exceptional guest experience.
