Midwest Casino Resort searching for an Executive Chef for their new opening!

Responsibilities:

Lead culinary development and operational procedures, build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while managing staffing needs, training, and engagement to improve productivity and morale.
Drive financial performance by monitoring F&B performance, formulating strategic initiatives, and ensuring accountability in guest service and product across all outlets.
Oversee budgeting, cost management, and compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards in collaboration with local and government organizations.

Qualifications:

4+ years experience as a CDC, Executive Sous, or Executive Chef
Steakhouse or similar experience
Experience managing multiple outlets
